Idioms

idiom 1: to save (something) for a rainy day - zachować coś na czarną godzinę
np. You shouldn't spend all you've got; you'd better save some money for a rainy day.

my question: Are you that kind of person who saves money for a rainy day?
Do you think it is a good idea to save something for a rainy day? Why?

some extra vocabulary:
THRIFTY (oszczędny) is when you're careful about how you spend your money
and
SPENDTHRIFT (rozrzutny) is the opposite, you're careless about money and you usually spend more than you need to

TO SAVE (oszczędzać) is the opposite of TO WASTE (marnować)

my question again: What do you waste your money on?
